We'd like to take a moment to connect with you about any concerns you may have about coronavirus (COVID-19) and share what our team is doing to keep you and your pets safe and healthy. Why we wear masks? we have been wearing masks for 17 years. But why? to protect our lungs and sinuses from inhaling dog and cat hair on a daily basis and to minimize the allergens we are exposed to from handling dirty to clean dogs.
Our Spa is cleaned and sanitized daily as part of our normal course of business. We sanitize our kennels, bathtubs and tables before and after each pet. We have Hepa filters, Air purifiers and dehumidifiers. Over the past few weeks, we've increased the frequency and extent of those cleanings, in addition to stocking up resources like hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and disinfectant spray. Please feel free to use our hand sanitizer in our lobby. All of these practices and our business decisions are informed by guidance from CDC and WHO. Our Spa will continue to be safe, clean, sanitized and remain open for business.
